Location -Near the village of Howsham, North Lincs.
Aircraft involved in a training duty and hit a tree whilst low flying near Pepperdale Farm about 1 mile north west of Howsham. Sgt Coote (Instructor) and Sgt Andrew (Pupil) killed along with Sgt Willis.
