Location – Crashed into sea 800 yards off shore shortly after take off.
Aircraft crashed at 0548 shortly after take off from North Coates 800 yards off shore. It is thought the pilot may have taken his eyes off the instruments to check whether the formation leader had taken off. All 4 crew were killed
